Delete your Gradia account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Gradia account and associated data.

How to request deletion

  1. Open the Gradia app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm the request.

If you cannot access the app, email us at gradiareader@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email linked to your Gradia account.

What data is deleted

We delete your account profile, generated stories, reading history, and personalization settings.

What data may be retained

We may retain minimal records required for legal or security purposes for up to 30 days. After that period, remaining data is removed.
